When to Use Your Off Switch



We all know that feeling – where your body reaches a level of fatigue or stress and shuts down.  For most of us, we push and push until we get sick or our bodies stop functioning.  For many of us, we aren’t good at knowing when to hit the “off” switch.  Chelsey Paulson, HR leader for North Country Business Products joins us to discuss her learning and approach to finding and using her off switch to help manage her energy – mentally, physically and emotionally.
